You should add the following FILE_UPLOAD_HANDLERS settings to your django project settings.py:

FILE_UPLOAD_HANDLERS = [
    'django.core.files.uploadhandler.TemporaryFileUploadHandler',
]

add the app to INSTALLED_APPS :

settings.py

INSTALLED_APPS = [
    'file_validator',
]
